Dear friends
Our get-together will be held from Saturday the 3rd to Friday the 9th of August 2013.
The meeting is organised this year by Irmel Weber and Heike Sheratte, who are both members of ATVD.
There will be plenty of time reserved for work exchange, and we will, as always, offer our AMMAS workshops, led by participants.
The large seminar room, which overlooks the lake, offers the possibility to exchange work with colleagues throughout the day. After nightfall, the hall becomes our venue for dancing and other cultural attractions.

We have reserved for our meeting the Schluesshof Conference Center, situated in the village of Lychen, which is 100 km north of Berlin. Lychen is located in an area of lakes and forests called the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. Schluesshof itself is situated in a 40,000 square meter park next to a lake. The lake is very lovely to swim in and to canoe on.
Nearby are picturesque towns like Rheinsberg, and it is not far to travel to the Mueritz Lake, or the Baltic Sea.
The kitchen serves excellent vegetarian food.
Organisation
For our get-together we are renting the whole of the Schluesshof Conference Center for a lump sum. This means that the price of the accommodations includes the rent for our working spaces .
This means that two payments have to be made: the payment for the food directly to Schluesshof; and the payment for the accommodation to Irmel Weber. More information is below under: Payment

Children up to 6 years who are in a room with their parents may stay for free. Children age 6 - 12 pay half price.
Reservation

Cancellation
Cancellation until 3 months before the 3rd of August is free.
4th May to 2nd July 25% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
3rd to 19th July the charge will be 50% of the accommodation and from
20th July on 80% of the complete price accommodation & meals will be charged.
Payment
The cost for food is paid directly to Schluesshof at your arrival.
The cost for accommodation is paid directly to Irmel Weber at your arrival.

Unfortunately Schluesshof and Irmel Weber DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. PLEASE COME PEPARED TO PAY CASH IN EUROs AT THE BEGINNING
